Why do the bank account auto link for transactions loading them to two places. Both to Banking Transactions and to Cash In Hand accounts. What is going wrong?

I’d be glad to help you and get around this issue. A possible reason for this is that you’ve connected the wrong bank account. Thus, causing transactions being downloaded to the wrong account.

 

To isolate this, you’ll want to ensure you’ve connected the right bank account to your account. This way, we can guarantee that the transactions will be downloaded to the right account.

 

If it’s correct and the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Support team. That way, they can securely check your account and investigate the root cause of this. Here’s how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat (if you preferred messaging) or Get a callback.

Once everything is all in place, you can now categorise your transactions and reconcile your account whenever you’re ready.
