Why does the date swap from most recent to the oldest date for invoices/bills just randomly?

it's so frustrating - sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn't. Then sometimes they are completely mixed up so in no particular date order? so a

Thank you for joining us on the UK Community - you present a question which doesn't have a straight answer, I am not getting the same problem on my account.

 

I can imagine this is due to the cache on your browser being overloaded; it generally sticks to the last configuration you had set up for that supplier or customer. However; if your browser has too much cache in it, i believe it would mismatch this information and present the wrong format to you.

 

This is speculation; we don't have a clear cut guide or descriptive as to why this would occur, but i am drawing of my vast experience using QuickBooks Online. Please try clearing your cache & cookies, and review this over the next few days of use, and let us know if this makes any difference to the accounts and invoice/bill lists.
