Welcome to the Community space, cb111.

I'm here to provide you with some troubleshooting steps to ensure that your customer's name appears on their invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, ensure that all the information in your customer's profile is correct. Also, make sure to use the correct template when sending or printing your invoice.

If the issue persists, even after doing all the steps above. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.

Sometimes, your browser may encounter data issues, thus causing some unusual responses. To verify, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If the issue persists in a private browser, consider using a different supported browser.

Moreover, I'm adding this article as your reference for customizing your sales forms in QBO: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
