Why has the shortcuts menu has changed, I no longer have "transactions"?

In QuickBooks Online, you can pick up to 5 favourites to keep them easily accessible, but if you don't choose any, QuickBooks will automatically select the ones you use most often. That said, click the pencil icon to customise your shortcuts and access commonly used features.

Instead of navigating through menus, shortcuts can significantly boost your productivity, especially if you perform these actions regularly.
