Why have all my invoices and contacts disappeared?

At the moment, there are no existing investigations about the missing invoices and contacts in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In the meantime, I recommend refreshing the page of your account and log in again. This will trigger the system to show the missing invoices and contacts.

If this doesn't fix the issue, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. This might be a browser-related concern. To begin, access your QBO account using incognito mode. This does not store cache files that may cause odd behaviors when running web-based programs.

 Below are the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Then, check your invoices and contacts, if it shows. And if this works, let's clear the cache of your regular browser to detach piled-up data. If the issue persists, you can utilize another supported browser or device. There's a higher chance that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
