Why have my previously categorised transactions changed and now allshowing as uncategorised?

There seem to have been updates - are these causing the issues?

I'm glad you've posted here, Interpreter. Let's work together to determine what happened to your categorised transactions.

 

Someone could have made changes to your books. That's why your categorised transactions appear uncategorised.

 

To verify this, we can check the Audit log feature. It will show us what events happened, who was responsible, and which transactions were affected. I'll guide you on how to use this feature.

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit log.
  3. Locate one of the credit card transactions.
  4. Press View.

 

From there, you can review what changes were made to your account and who made them. It could be another user who has access to the company transactions. If you want to categorise your transactions again, here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation panel, click Transactions.
  2. On the Bank Transactions tab, select the tile for the account you want to review.
  3. Go to the For review tab to begin your review.
