Why Inv No's "INVLRE2122-80" are ordered from bottom of page upwards to Invoice number 99 but Inv 100, 101, 102 etc. Get place below invoice 80, sort via dates dont help

You can turn off this automatic feature in custom form styles in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top right.
2. Choose Custom form styles.
3. Select the form style you're using. If you don't have custom form style yet, just click New style, then Invoice.
4. Click on Content tab, then select the header section of the form.
5. Under form section, tap to put check mark and enable Use custom transaction numbers.
6. Click Done.
