Why is it coming up with 'We're sorry!' when i select the reoccuring transactions list?

I've checked our records, Info1059. I haven't seen any open cases the same as yours. 

 

It can be caused by some browser hiccups. Let's try a few steps to fix this unexpected behavior. Start with opening QuickBooks Online through a private browser. This is the best place to know if it's a web issue. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to select the reoccurring transaction list using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. We advise our customers to clear them out periodically.

 

On the other hand, you can use a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla.
