Hi there, d-j-webbelectric.

Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community. I’m here to clarify why your bank details are showing on the estimate.

Whatever changes made to your sales forms will also automatically appear to other templates. For example, when you enter the bank details on the invoice, you'll see the same information when creating an estimate.

To resolve the issue, check the setup of your sales forms and remove the bank information.

I’ll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Open Invoice/Estimate/Sales Receipt, then click on the Edit drop-down.
  3. Choose the Content tab, then go to the section where the account details are entered.
  4. From there, remove the information.
  5. Click Done.

After updating the setup, you should now be able to create an estimate without showing the account details.

For more insight check out the How to customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts article.

That should point you in the right direction.

Let me know how this turns out or if you need further assistance with any these steps by leaving me a comment. I'll be right here ready to assist you further. Have a good one.
