Why is my system not refreshing transactions from my account? I have re-linked the bank account but it just says 'checking'

Welcome to the Community. Let me help you refresh the transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can perform additional troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix the issue. Since you've already tried re-linking the bank account, I recommend you proceed with manually updating bank data.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
  3. Select Update
