Why my invoice has no payment option. So i need to know how the customer will pay?

Hello there, Muhammad. I'll share details to track your invoices seamlessly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Please ensure you've correctly set up your payment options in your invoices. You can configure a PayPal or GoCardless account so your customers can pay their invoices online. I'll show you how:

 

    1. Sign in to your QBO account.
    2. Click +New, then select Invoices, or Go to the Sales menu and open your existing invoice.
    3. Select either Accept Card Payments with PayPal or Set up Direct Debit with GoCardless.
    4. Click on Connect and follow the onscreen instructions.
    5. Enter the other necessary information.
    6. Hit Save and send.
