Here's how to do it within QuickBooks Online:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab and go to the QuickBooks section.
3. Click the View payment history hyperlink.
4. In the Payment History page, you can click the Print option (printer icon).
5. You should be able to save the data depending on your browser settings.

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner and select Contact us.
2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
