Will the function for zero balance suppliers being hidden be returning? With over 60 suppliers I found the fact the £0 balance were hidden great!!

Yes, you can bring back the suppliers with zero balance from the Suppliers page. To do so, you'll just need to click the Clear Filter/View All link to show all your suppliers. I'll attach a screenshot below for your visual reference.
