Question

Will you make your invoices more usable!! sometimes it accepts a new customer and sometimes not!! I have to log out everytime and start all over again..so frustrating!

It sounds like you may be experiencing a cache issue on the browser, please try clearing this by following our guide here and then fully close and re-open the browser before continuing in QuickBooks.
