Withdrawing Directly to PayPal

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to withdraw from PayPal if they transfer funds to my QuickBooks?
My current location does not allow for any banks to be attached, so I was thinking to use PayPal as the way to withdraw from Quickbooks.

Are you paying through PayPal so the money is in your PayPal account? If it is we don't take the money.
