Won't send an invoice saying subscription error even tho they have taken my monthly fee

Hi, @callumethan13-gm.

 

You can review your subscription status in QuickBooks. This way, you can verify why you get the error message and update your subscription details if necessary.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Next to your payment method, click the Edit pencil icon.
  5. This will launch the Wallet list. From this view you can: Edit or add a payment method enter the following(expiration date, billing address, account holder name)
  6. After saving your change, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing & Subscription page.
