How can I reverse a filed VAT return in order to correct & refile?

We’ll have to undo the previously filed VAT return to process a correction. This requires us to access your account to view the tax form.

To keep your data secure, I recommend you get in touch with our QBO Care Team. One of our specialists will reverse the VAT return for you.

Once done, you can now create a new one and submit it to your agency. Here’s how to contact support:

1. Tap the Assistant icon to open the QB Assistant window.
2. Enter the issue in the field box.
3. Click the Contact Support Team menu and then choose Start a chat.
4. Enter your contact information.
