How do I process a VAT refund? The VAT payment section does not allow a negative amount.

The Payments section doesn’t have the option to process the refund, robin-botha.

You can go directly to the Return section instead. Here’s how:

1. Go to VAT from the left menu. 
2. Click the Returns tab. 
3. Go to Filed returns section. 
4. Click the drop-down arrow next to View summary. 
5. Select Record refund.
