A vat is missing from my list but it's been submitted on my HMRC account

Hi barry7,

 

Let's review the status of each return on the VAT page in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

 

From there, this will help identify whether the VAT return's status has already been updated.

 

Here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to QBO.
  2. From the Taxes menu, choose the VAT tab.
  3. Under Return, toggle the drop down menu to Open, Filed, or Paid status.
  4. Then, review each status and locate the return.

You can follow these steps to contact them:

  1. Go to the Help menu and click on Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field and select Let's talk.
