Can i show a list of items purchased at a different rate of vat than 23%. For example we get a bill for waste and it is charged at 13.5%?

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

You can create your own tax rate. You can do this by going to Taxes > Edit VAT and then Edit rates. Under here, select 'Add tax rate'.
