Can't submit a vat return.Am authorised and client registered.ASA correct as other client is ok.HMRc says its a QB problem. Any ideas?

Can you check in taxes>edit vat drop down that the VAT registration number in QuickBooks is correct, also that the period that QuickBooks is filing is what HMRC are expecting? If both those are correct what message do you get when you click on learn more/take action in the top right?
