Can we eliminate County in our address. Our address (for this client) is not in UK, but the County seems to be a required entry?

The address includes Buckinghamshire which - given this is in Thailand is somewhat misleading!!

I recognize how important it is to remove your address, 1433092075. Let's work together to achieve this.

 

You can remove the address on the sales form by customizing the template you're using. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the template you're using, then click Edit.
  3. Select Content tab.
  4. Click the header section.
  5. Choose the Address column and uncheck the Street address field.
  6. After that, click Done.

Aside from that, you can also remove the address on the Account and Settings page. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Company tab.
  3. Click the Address section.
  4. Leave the Country field blank.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.
