After cancelling your QBO subscription, you'll have read-only access to your company file. With this, you would only be able to view and print reports within your account.

 For you to be able to file your VAT return, you will need to re-activate your subscription. 

To re-activate your subscription, these are the steps.

1. Log in your company file at QuickBooks Online Company.
2. From there you will be automatically routed to Billing & Subscription.
3. Click the Re-subscribe button and follow the onscreen instruction.

1. Restart your browser.
2. Use other browser like Incognito.
