Hi there, selvachandran.

Let me share the possible reason why you're unable to see the VAT information in the Taxes page.

First, let me confirm if you're getting an error message when trying to view information within the VAT tab? If so, you can share it with me. This way, we can check our records if there's a reported issue similar to yours.

As long as we've done setting it up, we should be able to see it. In your case, we can start refreshing your browser by click the Reload icon on your browser or press F5 on your keyboard to do so. It helps your browser to function well and load it immediately. If still, the VAT information won't load, I would recommend logging in to a private window. This mode doesn't store cache where we can identify if this has something to do with a browser issue.

To open an incognito window, you can follow these shortcut keys below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, go to Taxes on the left side and select the VAT tab. If you see them now, let's go back to your original browser and clear the cache. The reason why we do it is to let QuickBooks work efficiently. A lot of information stored on the browser, including the sites we've vised before. You can also use other compatible browsers in QBO.

Let me know if there's anything I can do for you. It'd be my pleasure to help. Take care!
