Does Quickbooks have an issue with a new Gateway Password when filing VAT online? We had to get a new password enter it into Quickbooks enter the code and nothing?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

There should be no issue with entering a new gateway and password so you can file your vat return. 

 

So to clarify once you have entered your information in what happens are you getting a blank screen or does it not move off the page? 

 

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it and trying again to submit the return, if not we suggest you try that.
