dreaded vat green circle going around

I am trying to file this quarters vat but when I go into taxes/vat it does not show the returns / payments and all I get is a green circle going around and around. I have tried clearing cache to no avail. Worked last time but not now, does anyone have any ideas?

We appreciate you for performing a troubleshooting solution to resolve the issue. Aside from clearing the browser's cache, let's try using other supported, up-to-date browser.

 

Then, go to the VAT page to see if you can access the tax returns and payments.

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Type can't access tax returns and payments in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat to connect with us.
