Error 590

Ongoing saga. Flipping annoying on every level. Paying for service that doesn’t work. 
Qb will not stay connected to Cooperative business bank. Error 390

Now it will not connect at all. Error 590. Hasn’t connected for days.
Knowing QB, nothing will be done for months, if at all. 
I would like a refund whilst I spend the next month transferring this years book keeping back to excel.  How can I request a refund?

Let me make it up to you by sharing the cause of this issue.

 

We have an ongoing investigation about being unable to connect your Cooperative bank in QuickBooks Online. We recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so you'll be added as one of the affected users.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Type in INV-77777 in the Type something field.
  4. Click the send icon.
  5. Choose the I still need a human button.
  6. Click Contact Us.
  7. Select the Send a message button.
  8. Enter the necessary details, then click Continue.

 

Rest assured that you'll receive an email update once the issue is fully resolved.

 

For the refund concern, you can also reach out to our support to ensure this gets taken care of.
