For some reason I can’t access manage my account and submit vat has frozen but cis is ok???

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can access and manage your VAT submission, paulduffy42.

 

A possible browser's cache issue might have caused this. To help resolve this, let’s use a private or incognito browser since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Doing this will help isolate the issue.

 

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts to open it: 

  •     Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  •     Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  •     Safari: press Command + Shift +N.

If the private browser works, let’s go back to your regular browser and start clearing the cache and its temporary internet files. This way, it’s a good way to get a clean slate for your browser. 

 

After that, you can log back into QuickBooks and file your VAT returns.
