Having a problem with using Flat Rate VAT

I have set up the scheme with Quickbooks, but when I post sales the VAT says No VAT.

Hi leslie-cheaperbu, thanks for joining the Community. 

 

Did you post the sales transaction with the 20.0% S - Standard Rate VAT code applied? This will then calculate VAT at FRS % to Box 1 and Net Sale to Box 6 of your VAT return. To see more on FRS in QuickBooks, click here.
