Hi there, marketinglaura0.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community forum. I'll make sure to provide troubleshooting steps to ensure you're able to verify the cause of why it's showing sales as a figure & services as a figure.

It could be there's a double entered transaction or payment wasn't applied to a specific entry. To verify this, you can go to the Sales page and locate the said transaction to check what type of transaction showing as a Sales and what type of transaction is showing as a service.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Sales page on the left panel.
  2. Go to the All Sales section.
  3. Locate the entry and open it to review. Then, you can make any changes to it or delete it if necessary.

If this is an invoice that needs to be paid, you can record the payment and link to the entry so the transaction will show as paid in the system. You can click this article to see the steps: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you can run different sales reports to review all your transactions so your account stays accurate. You can refer to this article to view a table list that contains various reports based on the version of QuickBooks Online you have: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Lastly, I also advise you to open this article to see how the Sales page provides you a great at-a-glance view of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices: View sales transactions.

Let me know how this goes or if you're referring to something else by commenting below. I'm always here to help.
