Hi, i want to make sure I selected the Flat VAT Rate scheme on my account. Is there a way to review it?

Let's go to the Edit VAT settings page to ensure you've selected the Flat Rate Scheme (FRS). I'm here to walk you through the steps. 

1. Go to Taxes from the left menu. 
2. Click the Edit VAT drop-down. 
3. Choose Edit settings. 
4. Under the Other tax options section, make sure the Flat Rate Scheme (FRS) is checked. 
5. Click Save.

In case you want to get a report that displays transactions on the VAT return's boxes, I'd suggest running the VAT Detail report.
