HMRC are telling me that they have not receieved my vat return. BUT I filed it and it was accepted in quickbooks.

Here in the Community, we're unable to pull up your accounts for safety and security reasons.

 

To better address this concern, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team. This way, someone can view your account in a secure environment and review your submission log and status.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click on Help.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
