How do I amend the VAT report to take into account pre-registration VAT claimed and a partial exemption?

To amend your VAT report, you'll have to contact Our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can delete your submitted VAT return so you can make the necessary corrections.

However, if you submitted VAT returns to HMRC for MTD, you can adjust the VAT on the Taxes tab. Then, click the adjust link beside boxes. If you aren't sure about the adjustment, I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant for further assistance.
