How do I record a sales on the app as it won’t allow me to add my takings in

Recording sales in the mobile app can be done in just a few steps. Perform the steps below:

1. Click on the Hamburger icon, indicated by the 3 horizontal lines.
2. From the list. select the Plus (+) icon beside Invoices or Sales Receipts.
   
3. Add the sales details by completing the fields.
   
   
4. Hit Save when done.

If it doesn't open the screen to make a sale, be sure to update the app to the latest version.

For IOS:

1. Go to your iPhone's home screen and tap on the App Store icon.
2. Click on the pdates icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Select the Update All button at the top of the screen.
4. Enter your IOS password and wait for the app(s) to update.

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app and select the Hamburger icon.
2. Choose My apps & games.
3. Pick the app you want to update.
4. Press More then Enable auto-update.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app can also help remove data errors on the app.
