How do I set up a system to show sales split into Recurring, New Clients and Upselling with each having the same products available as subaccounts are not available?

Hello Tracy1607, Thanks for contacting the Community regarding splitting sales into categories. To confirm when you say sub-accounts are not available do you mean you are having trouble setting up sub-accounts? You should be able to in accounting>chart of accounts >select new> in the account type select income>then pick the detail you > name the chart of account >, for example, recurring and then in the sub-account put a tick and select the sales account as the parent account. Then do that for the other 2 categories. Then you can in products set up a product for each sub-account so that when selected on the invoice they will hit that account but they will still hit sales so you will see a breakdown by each sub-account as well as the parent sales account on income reports.
