How do I show the VAT amount column on each individual transaction line of a expense i.e £6.40 toll road claim which has £1.07 VAT?

On the Expense window, you can select the Vat type on each transaction line. However, the option to add or show the Vat amount per line category or item line isn't available. There's only a particular Vat amount field at the Total calculation section.
