How to categorise a VAT refund in banking

I am trying to cateorgrise all the transaction in banking to submit my VAT retrun.

How do i cateorgrise a VAT refund / payment form HMRC?

I’d suggest putting it on as a bank recipe & put it to your HMRC account & note it as refund.
