How to setup vat in QuickBooks?

QuickBooks Desktop

First open mange vat from top menu and then select modify change vat setup and select South Africa, you should have done this during install.

If the vat menu is not there you have to tun on to track vat under edit preferences.

the on line version i am currently using does not include VAT on the menu-it is the second package and I have started getting familiar with it on Thursday 26/10/2017
