I can't seem to find previous VAT returns on Quickbooks

Thanks for visiting us today. I can help you find your previous filings in QuickBooks Online UK.

If you want to get a copy of the previous submissions you have made to HMRC, you will find this in the Taxes page. Make sure it shows All returns then click on the drop down arrow at the end of the desired return (View Return or View VAT details). You will now see Approved by HMRC.

From there, you can review the details submitted to the agency. You may also access the Reports menu, but this will not show the actual submission, just the VAT information for a given period. Use any of the reports below to see your VAT information:

• VAT 100 Report
• VAT Detail Report
• VAT Exceptions and Reports
