I can't send my vat return, I have a take action symbol. I have signed up to vat sent my April return no problem?

To isolate this issue, I suggest clicking the take action symbol. This way, we know what action is needed to solve this.

 

However, if you're unsure about the action that needs to be done, then I suggest contacting our support team. They have the right tools to check your account from a secure environment. This way, they can further investigate why you can't send your vat return. Let me guide you how to contact them.

 

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion about your concern.
  4. Click Let's talk.
