Question

I cannot view or submit my current VAT return that I need to do urgently. when I click on the Taxes tab all I get it the timer circle.

There could be too much data in your browser that's causing the lags on your browser, mcmillan_p_trl. Let's check out what's causing this, so you can file your VAT on time.

 

We can do some steps to check if this is caused by a browser issue.

 

To start, please log in to QuickBooks in a private window. This blocks your cache from saving new data, and it's a good way to start checking browser issues. If you can click on Taxes and submit your return, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If you can't, you'll want to try other browsers to isolate the case.
