Question

I have filed my VAT return online with Quickbooks but when I try to generate the VAT summary and detail reports they are all blank other than submission info. Any ideas?

I can guide you through basic troubleshooting to see the missing information on your summary and detail reports, woolly4.

Let's start by using an incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache to verify if it is a webpage issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative to your regular one.
