Question

I have several companies resident in the Isle of Man, part of the common VAT area for the UK but is not eligible for MTD. Are we going to be affected from April 2022

In regards to your Question you will need to ask HMRC about this and they will be able to tell you more about it.

I am only interested to find out if we will be blocked from VAT returns if not registered for MTD. I know our legal standpoint. Thanks
