Hello there, @accounts306.

Let's validate your address to isolate this issue. You can check this link and validate your address from there: https://www.postoffice.co.uk/postcode-finder. Once verified, enter your correct address again.

If the issue persists, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private or incognito window and add a tax from there. This way, we can check if this a cache related issue.

Cache stored for a while causes unusual behaviour to the browser that affects the performance of your QBO account. To start with, you can use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private or incognito window:

  1. For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If you're able to add a tax without any issue while in a private window, then we'll have to clear your regular browser's cache. This will delete all the browsing history and make your browser to function efficiently.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using other browsers. This way, we can roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

Additionally, here's an article that you can read for future reference. This link provides detail steps in personalizing your invoices: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have other concerns or questions. I'm always here to help you anytime. Have a great day!
