Question

I provide services for clients in Poland, companies registered for VAT, not VAT payers, private individuals. How to add information about reverse charge?

Hi there, biuro.

I suggest choosing the RC vat code to add information about a reverse charge on services or invoices. While doing this, I suggest consulting an accountant. They can help you choose whether to use RC or the EC Equivalent of the RC.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Plus icon at the left panel.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Fill in the other necessary field.
  4. Choose RC vat on the drop-down arrow under the VAT column.
  5. Hit Save.

Please check this article to see a table that contains a list of common VAT codes: Common VAT Codes.
