I spend 22.27 on tools, but the system only says I’ve spent 19. I’m not VAT registered is this something to do with it.

It possible that your're downloaded transactions don't match. Let's review the downloaded bank transactions to the For Review tab.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to review.
3. Select the For Review tab to start your review.
