I've received a refund of VAT from HMRC. I'm trying to post to the VAT Control account but QB won't let me?

Hi paul179 Is the refund in relation to a VAT return period that you've marked as filed/submitted using QuickBooks. If this is correct you'll be able to use the record refund option within the taxes option.
