I want to prepare the first VAT return by MTD but the return is saying for one month instead of the quarter. The settings are set up as quarter how do I amend this ?

I appreciate you posting this question in the Community and for checking your VAT setup. For this case, I would recommend contacting our Support team to check this further. They can use a screen-sharing tool to find the root cause of the change in the filing frequency.

1. Click on Help and type something like preparing VAT.
2. Type-in I still need a human.
3. Choose Live chat.
