Integrating WooCommerce and Quickbooks for Automated EU Sales
Hi,
I'm having an utter mare trying to connect my WooCommerce store to Quickbooks. If anyone is willing to guide me out of this mess, I'd be eternally grateful!
What I do:
I am a YouTuber who generates income through various sources such as ad revenue, affiliate marketing, and donations among other things. However I also sell digital products (woodworking plans) from my website, and physical products that are either dropshipped, or dispatched from me directly. I am based in the UK and have customers all over the world, the majority of which are in the USA and UK. But I also have many customers scattered throughout Europe.
My Problem:
In one word, Brexit. I have linked my PayPal account with Quickbooks so that I can assign VAT rates to each individual transaction, rather than grouping all transactions into a lump sum to be deposited into my main checking account at the end of the month. The latter of which would obviously create reporting issues.

The issue I am facing is that I am needing to manually adjust the VAT rate for each and every transaction that comes in to ensure it's accurate. Which as you'll see in the above screenshot is an ever growing list, currently sat at 124 transactions. (The worst I let it get to was 750)
I have added the OneSaas Woocmmerce to Quickbooks app to my account which has proven to be somewhat helpful, but not fully. So far, it's managing to find matching transactions, however it's not applying the correct VAT rate in my Quickbooks transaction feed. So despite matching to the correct sales receipt, I still need to manually adjust it anyway.
I have attached three photos that clearly show Quickbooks failing to figure out that a 19% Germany tax should be applied.
Photo 1: The Transaction Feed
The column for tax has automatically populated with 20% S

Photo 2: The Sales Receipt
At the bottom of the matched sales receipt, it seems to show the 19% Germany Tax. So why hasn't it copied across to the transaction feed?

Photo 3: The sale on WooCommerce
Just putting this one here for verification.

TLDR:
I want my PayPal transaction feed to automatically apply the correct sales tax for EU countries so I can simply press confirm to categorise the transaction.
Final Notes:
I also take Payments via Stripe which I cannot connect to Quickbooks in the same way as PayPal. Which then begs the question, how do other eCommerce seller do this so effortlessly. Which then leads me to believe that I'm going about this entirely the wrong way.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!
