Is there a way i can find out who has opened a vat return backup? Does it leave a trail?

Hello there, Admar. I'm here to provide some information regarding with the Return Backup. 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), knowing who opened a VAT return backup is currently unavailable. However, you can see the date when this happened and when it ended by going to the Back up company option within the Gear icon. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right corner. 
2. Choose Back up company. You'll be routed to another tab. 
3. From your left navigational panel, select the Backup menu.
4. You'll see the date and time in the Start and Finish column. 
5. You can also click the said backup changes to know other details. 
6. Within the Backup window, you can navigate to the Action column and click the three-dotted icon. 
7. You can choose either View or Restore to this backup.
8. If you choose Restore to this backup, follow the onscreen process.
